Rest and relaxation were paramount in the renovation of this 1860s stone cottage. The lounge room has a big open fire place, plush sofas and an up to the minute entertainment unit with wide screen TV, DVD, and CD. The master bedroom has a king bed and en-suite relaxation area while the huge new bathroom has a double spa bath and separate shower.
The kitchen is sleek and modern with full facilities including dishwasher and separate dining area. You can cook up a storm if that is your desire, or head out to one of the Barossa's many excellent eateries.
Currawong Roost is at No 19 Jollytown Road, Lyndoch. Coming from Gawler turn right at the cross roads in Lyndoch, up Gilbert Street. Coming from Tanunda, go straight ahead at the cross roads on to Gilbert Street. Go over the railway line and after 1 km turn right in to Jollytown Road. Currawong Roost is the fourth house on the left.
