Surfers Paradise is now well and truly revving up with the Gold Coast Nikon Indy 300. During what is sure to be 4 days and 4 nights of thrilling action, the Gold Coast will play host to in excess of 170,000 visitors.
In the lead up to this fantastic event, we would like to take this opportunity to remind you of the regulations in place to ensure the safety of our guests: Max share in the apartments is 5 adults. Max occupancy including visitors to the apartment during the day is 8 adults. We request that all guests and visitors refrain from leaning on the balustrades/railings. This is of upmost importance to your safety.
Schoolies 09: We do not have the policies, procedures or resources to accommodate the unique needs of school leavers during the annual Schoolies Festival. In particular we do not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of our guests during this period. We reserve the right to reject Schoolies bookings between 15 Nov - 7 Dec 09. Bookings may be cancelled and no refund given. Rates are based on double occupancy. Charges for extra adults may apply and will be due directly to the hotel. Please be aware that all guests staying at Prime Apartments, Hotels & Resorts properties will require a pre-authorisation amount of $250,via cash or credit card, to be held for the duration of the stay.
