Rod & Barry invite you to experience Barnsley House Bed & Breakfast, Beechworth"s most elegant B & B, Circa 1859. Set amongst large formal gardens, our beautifully appointed Victorian/Edwardian home offers our guests a choice of five rooms individually decorated with original antiques. All retreats have ensuites, 2 have spas, and one has a claw foot bath. All have showers. All retreats have split system heating/cooling, 3 have open fires, everything required for a romantic and relaxing retreat. Individual balconies for each room offer a private retreat to sit and take in our exquisite gardens.

A guest lounge area is also available offering an open fire, library, TV, CD, DVD player (with Discs), Video player and is also fully air-conditioned and heated.
Our guest dining and conservatory area is also available to guests to relax and enjoy. The conservatory is a wonderful room in which to unwind, read the daily papers or a good book, or to just enjoy the beautiful gardens outside the full length windows.
Enjoy a sumptuous continental and fully cooked breakfast in the morning, accompanied by a variety of juices, a pot of tea of your choice, or a wonderful espresso coffee.
