The apartment complex lies in the beach resort of Puerto del Carmen, in immediate proximity to the fabulous beaches and the commercial zone of Fariones. The capital of Arrecife is approximately 12 km away and it is 6 km to the airport.
Facilities
This hotel complex was completely renovated in 2006 and comprises a total of 64 apartments, which are grouped around a large pool in a garden complex. The complex features a foyer with a 24-hour reception area, a safe, a currency exchange counter, a games room, a small supermarket, a cafe, a bar and a restaurant. Guests may also choose to make use of the laundry services (for an additional fee).
Rooms
All apartments comprise a separate bedroom, a bathroom with hairdryer, a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen as well as a balcony or terrace as standard. The accommodation includes a direct dial telephone, satellite TV, a radio and a safe.

Leisure options within the extensive complex include two swimming pools with separate children's paddling area as well as a sun terrace with parasols and sun loungers laid out ready for use.
